When you need the job done, who can you rely on? Logan airport relies on Houghton Chemical to deliver bulk propylene glycol wing deicer fluids. During record breaking snow fall and city shutdowns, we delivered 40 – 50 tanker loads of inhibited propylene glycol. Houghton Chemical employees walked to work and stayed at local hotels

Need to do repairs on an HVAC system?  How will you empty and store the inhibited glycol?  At Milton High School in Milton, MA the Houghton Chemical bulk tanker stored the glycol on site.  When the repairs were finished, our truck pumped the glycol right back into the system.  Making it easy for you.

The storm didn’t stop us! The deicer tankers were all clear in case Logan Airport called again. Thank you Chuck, Paul, our winter shovel crew, and our president, Bruce, (smiling on the snow mound) for your effort and dedication. We work as a team at Houghton Chemical to get the job done.
